The Australian government runs an overseas Student Program (OSP) that enables non-Australian students pursue their educational goals in Australia. To be able to pursue this program students must enroll themselves in a school that is a registered institution offering ELICOS language programs (English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students).
  5. Vocational Training Student Visa- This Australian student visa is ideal for those who wish to complete a certificate course (non ELICOS) and any kind of diploma (basic or advanced) level educational programs. This Australian student visa offers good opportunity to international students for procuring provisional as well as temporary visas in order to settle in the country on successful completion of 2 years of full-time study in a registered Australian institution.

 

Apart from the above mentioned Australian student visas, the Australian government also offers non-award student visas for those who want to pursue a course that may not lead to an Australian degree or diploma.
